I had coffee with a friend last week.  We used to work together and busy lives and kids, now in both of our homes, have kept our times together sparse.  But, as we talked, his 2.5 year old set next to us.  Kind of off handedly, I said “I can’t picture our home without Isaac there… and he’s only been home 2 weeks” (at the time).  So, here we are 35/365 days down and it’s so true.

I don’t remember life before he came home.

It surely wasn’t as good as it is now.
